When creating bills in Chronicle, there is an option to mark bills as Automatically Paid. When enabled, the bill will be displayed in a with blue to note that it is automatically paid. On iOS, the title of the bill will display in blue, and on macOS, the color indicator for the bill will be in blue.
Auto Logging Automatic Bills
To auto-log automatic bills, enable the Auto-Log Automatic Bills setting in Chronicle's preferences. On iOS, the setting is located in Chronicle's Preferences > General. On macOS, it is under Preferences > Logging. Note that in order for Chronicle to auto-log a bill, the Automatically Paid setting for the bill must be enabled, and an amount due must be set so Chronicle knows how much to log.
Automatic Bills on Widget and Menu Bar
You can choose to exclude automatic bills from places like the due soon count, menu bar (macOS) or widget (iOS).
On macOS, go to Preferences > General check or uncheck the Include Automatic Bills in Bills Due Soon option to include or exclude bills from due soon. Your preference will be reflected in the menu bar and dock icon options as well.
On iOS, go to Preferences > General and enable or disable Include Automatic Bills on Icon and Widget.

This article leaves too much undefined for the reader to have to guess as to how to use this. We're never told when an “Automatic Bill” is. My initial thought was it meant I don't have to enter it in every month. It goes and retrieves the bill from my credit card or company that is billing me, but clearly that's not it. And “Automatic Paid” has to be the same amount every month? So basically different words for what every other institution calls a “Reoccuring Payment”.
Giving us instructions on how one does something in your app is great, but you need to tell us what that something is and the context for doing that something in your app.
